EVERYONE WELCOME!
(All colors without attitude are welcome and expected to participate.)

The AVTT Traveling Tribute Memorial Wall will be traveling from Payson, Arizona to Moses Lake via Spokane, Washington. The Walls scheduled arrival in Spokane is early morning on June 11, 2008 (Wednesday).
Some riders have voiced their intent to meet the Traveling Wall as it starts its journey from Payson, Arizona to Spokane. However, the AVTT staff has respectively requested that no one do so. They will be driving the truck all day and night from Payson, AZ to get to Spokane as scheduled. Let's all do the right thing and honor their request.
Escorting the Travel Wall is going to be an exciting event. You won't want to miss out on this ride. For many, the escort ride and the Travel Wall's 5-day exhibition are going to be a life altering experience --- to be remembered, talked about and revered for a long while.
If you haven’t been able to make the ride back to Washington DC to experience the excitement of that ride and visit, you are encouraged to make the Traveling Wall's exhibit in Moses Lake the next best thing.
Route
The American Veterans Traveling Tribute Escort STARTS at Joe's Outdoor Sports and More at 13902 East Indiana Avenue (near the intersection of Indiana & Evergreen) in Spokane Valley, WA -- at the Evergreen exit off Interstate 90. See map & map link to MapQuest below.
Following brief presentations from local and visiting dignitaries, participants will depart Joe's parking lot and take the I-90 freeway west through Spokane, WA.
Though spectators and the media are expected to line the roadway and overpasses through Spokane, the ride will not stop again until it arrives in Ritzville, WA. Ritzville has been selected as the one stop in route to Moses Lake, WA where participants who did not join the Escort at Joe's in the Spokane Valley can do so in Ritzville.
From the East or West, Exit 220 on Interstate 90 will take you to 1st Street. Turn right, and immediately on the left is Jake's Restaurant and Truck Stop with ample parking for all. There are other gas stations nearby and several more parking areas if needed for overflow. For everyone's safety, only park on the same side of street as Jake's.
BBQ will be provided to those riders joining and waiting for the Escort out of Spokane. Thanks to Becky and Adam Colbert, owners of Jake's, for their generosity and support.
Also, Adam's Automotive and Towing will be on call (509-660-0571) to assist any disabled bikes (or cages) along the entire route. Adam's is equiped to haul motorcycles and tow cages.
- For riders and cages joining us at Ritzville, there will be road guards to help direct participants to the proper staging area.
- For those riding Escort from Spokane, the WSP will lead us to this rally/stop point.
- I-90 is easy access from the staging area.

CVMA Chapter 13-1 extends a heart felt thanks to all law enforcement for their support of our mission. For without their support, the "Escort of the Wall" mission could not take place.
